In a heart-rending turn of events, a Chennai citizen found himself in a desperate situation, culminating in a journey fraught with challenges and ultimately leading to a beacon of hope amidst adversity. His tale unfolded at Ernakulam South Railway Station, where he was discovered in a weakened state, having embarked on a train from Chennai to Tamil Nadu.

However, his health had deteriorated significantly, rendering him vulnerable and unable to navigate the complexities of his journey. Amidst his struggles, he encountered further hardship, including a distressing confrontation with children, prompting a decision to seek refuge in the unfamiliar territory of Kerala.

It was here that the true spirit of humanity revealed itself. Recognizing the dire circumstances of the individual, a compassionate soul took the initiative to admit him to Ernakulam General Hospital, where he could receive much-needed medical assistance. Despite the hospital's best efforts, however, a dedicated ward for orphaned patients was lacking, leaving him without the specialized care he required.

Undeterred by this setback, the hospital conducted preliminary tests to assess his condition, striving to provide whatever assistance they could. Yet, fate had more challenges in store. After a few days, he was found on the streets near Cochin Shipyard, an AV line attached to his hand, signaling his continued struggle for survival.

It was at this critical juncture that the compassionate intervention of Theruvoram NGO came into play. Promptly responding to the call for help, volunteers from the NGO engaged in a dialogue with the individual, seeking to understand his needs and offer support in any way possible. With the necessary authorization obtained from Thevara Police, a crucial step in navigating bureaucratic hurdles, he was swiftly transferred to Vandanam Medical College.
